The Univention Groupware Server (UGS) is a complete Groupware solution based on the Open-Source-Groupware system »Kolab 2«. UGS improves visibly the communication in companies and public organisations and manages all tasks in a reliable and safe way. It makes it easier to plan and implement tasks for workgroups and organisational structures. Therefore, it allows to manage employees and technical resources optimally. It allows to optimise workflows and simplifies the information exchange. The administration of e-mails, calendaring and adress books are childishly simple: the ToDos and notes can be created, appointments are coordinated without problems between employees and awaiting tasks are sent directly to the responsibles. The client (Web, Linux or Windows) can be selected freely.
