The team members of c.a.p.e. IT consult independent on the platform and have knowledge how to implement IT conceptions continuously and process-oriented. The process know-how originates from many projects realized in the past - from small businesses to large enterprises. We belong to the very few suppliers in Germany that are specialized in the IT Service Management.
Rico Barth, graduated mathematician
CEO / Head of Marketing & Sales
He's an IT professional since 1996. As a founder and longtime manager of the Student Network of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg he early gained experiences in project management and leadership of employees. Since 2002 these skills could be extended in many different projects for a large german IT systems vender. He also has long-term experience in analysis, conception and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions.

CEO / Head of IT Infrastructure
He is working as an IT professional since 1993. Formerly he was a branch manager of an IT retailer and gained skills in project coordination, leadership of employees and commercial conducts. In 2000 he started working as a system engineer and consultant for a large german IT systems vender. He is specialized in analysis, conception and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions.

Head of Support & Products
Since 1998 he is a professional software engineer and IT consultant. He started developing software 20 years ago and gained wide experiences in conception and implementation of software projects of different sizes, shapes and colors as well as IT infrastructure projects.

He gained wide experiences as a software developer and consultant in conception and implementation of a wide range of software tools. Also he is a former research assistant at the University of Delaware.
