Announcement: The German fair Modern State (Moderner Staat)

For the second time, we exhibit at the fair „Modern State (Moderner Staat)“ with our partner Univention from Bremen, Germany, on 8th and 9th November 2011. It is a congress and a special fair for public sector, where we will present easy, platform independent solutions and innovative, ergonomic products for modernization of the administration and eGovernance.

Within the PracticeForum, Mr. Boos, Head of User HelpDesk of the City of Freiburg, will describe the successful implementation of OTRS-based IT service management solution with us as the service provider and developer.
