CeBIT 2011: Open Source has duly arrived the companies
04.04.2011
The position and image of the international fair CeBIT were proved in the year 2011 again. CeBIT is indeed a groundbreaking communication and business platform for decision makers. According the exhibitor data, CeBIT in Hannover was visited by 339.000 visitors from 90 countries. The estimated turnover went up to 20% compared to the last year.
This tendency was confirmed in the quality and quantity of our discussions and talks at the Univention partner boot. Our more than 100 sq. meters were fully stretched in a row of interest and need for reliable, integrative Open Source Solutions.
Besides the exchange of information and presentations at the boot, we offered a common, varied course of lectures at the Univention Open Stage. It was a cooperation with the Linuxhotel and raised a great resonance again. Moderation was a task of Radio Tux like last year.
Additionally, we prepared a job hour on Saturday. It was a very good occasion for potencial applicants to get to know job vacancies within the partner network and to apply for a job.
