LinuxDay in Berlin: Visit us at the Lisog-LIVE-Boot

Meet us in Berlin during the LinuxTag (LinuxDay) at the cooperation boot of Lisog-LIVE in the hall 7.2b from 11th to 14th May 2011. We will present you there the latest developments within the (IT) Service Management directly at the stand (No. 136) and offer you a course of lectures.
Moreover, we are involved in the OTRS Community Meetings the same way as during the LinuxDays in Chemnitz. Together with the OTRS AG and the OTRS Community Board (OCB), we support the exchange within the OTRS.org-project, users and service providers.
On Thursday, May 12, we will answer your questions related to the local forum „ERP meets Service“ - a campaign we prepare with our partner APRESYS® Informations-Systeme GmbH.
On Friday, May 13, we will talk with you about the new workshop „Service optimization for small and medium-sized business (SMB)“ as a collaborative campaign with pro accessio GmbH & Co. KG.
