New KIX4OTRS release comes out soon

Currently, we work on customizing of our product KIX4OTRS to the newest developments within the Open Source ITSM environment. With the newest version of KIX4OTRS, you can not only work on Incident and Problem Management in accordance to the ITIL, but you get a possibility to use KIX-version that is compatible with the OTRS::ITSM 2.0 including the Change Management. The new version will be published online soon. We are happy for getting your support within the common idea of Open Source Software including free additional modules for standard OTRS.
