New version: opsi 4.0.1

Our partner, uib GmbH, the software developer of the Client Management System opsi that we have been integrating into OTRS-based solutions, extended the latest version of opsi. Basic features were improved and some new features were developed. Now, it is possible to set a so called Software Shop. Users are allowed to choose selected software packages and start installing of them on their own PC. The administrator does not have to allow every single installation of software packages and saves precious time. Other new feature allows you more efficient software rollouts with support of opsi-clients connected via WAN/VPN. Gladly, we'll present you these and further features in individual presentations.
