OTRS extensions: Our modules in the OTRS-Package Archive

Our additional modules for OTRS 3.0 and OTRS::ITSM 3.0 are available in our download area online and in the community repository called OTRS-Package Archive - OPAR. One of the lately published highlights is development of a community request related to matching of customers and SLAs in a simple way. The standard version of OTRS offers difficult, manual matching. If you have request or ideas related to the further development of our software, please feel free to send us your feedback within our campaign „Customer set current development“.
