Review: Customer Day by SerNet

The SerNet GmbH organises regularly events for its customers every quarter of the year. At 21st September 2011, "IT service management using the example of OTRS” was the main topic of the event and it raised a great interest. Together with Kai Altenfelder (pro accessio GmbH), our executive director, Rico Barth, introduced experiences from the project practice related to implementation of ITIL service processes. General procedures, special hints and ideas related to the aspects of different projects were explained. While common Get-Together after the event, these issues were discussed furthermore.
