Review: IT-User Forum in Chemnitz

Successfully, we presented our main competence field "Service Management" during the Saxonian IT User Forum (Sächsisches IT-Anwenderforum) in Chemnitz from June 28th to 29th. We got a very good feedback related to the convergence of user-oriented know-how and practical exchange of experience with guests and other exhibitors.

During the session „Cloud and Open IT Systems“, our managing director, Rico Barth, reported about the use of KIX4OTRS as a central system for the technical service used by our customer, Roth & Rau AG.
