Review: Moderner Staat 2010

In accordance to Dr Ole Schröder, Parlamentary State Secretary from the Federal Ministry of the Interior (Bundesministerium des Innern, BMI), MODERNER STAAT, the Modern State, is a culmination point for the modernisation of the public administration. This statement confirms the tendecy in the public sector that is increasingly interested in the modern management of the IT, finance and service for the citizens.

Our visitors were focussed on the new solutions from the Open Source area. They intend to leverage high quality level of our IT Service Management solutions and save cost. The optimisation of organisation processing in public administrations within the federal, state and regional level is strengthening realized with Open Source Software. The service quality for citizens is growing continuously and the cost fall down.
