Success Story: KIX4OTRS and Hightech Bikes

The Canyon Bicycles GmbH from Koblenz, Germany, is a worldwide well-known producer of high-quality cross bikes and mountain bikes. With the greatest pleasure, we present the success story about the prosperously realised project with our customer.

The project began in October 2010. KIX4OTRS was implemented as a customer service tool in combination with MS Dynamics NAV. Another aspect was realisation of further requirements of the Canyon workers. Due to the project and deployment of KIX4OTRS, performance of the customer system increased noticeably and the standard tasks of service desk could be optimized.
