Success Story about German National Library

In the year 2010, we realized many successful projects within Service Management again. One of them was made for the European project „IMPACT“ (http://www.impact-project.eu/) supervised by the Deutsche Nationalbibliothek (German National Library) in Frankfurt/ Main. Our task was to support our customer within the implementation of a Help
Desk system. Therefore, we used our own developed Service Management solution KIX4OTRS (former OTRS::CiCS) based on OTRS. It's describes the processes within IMPACT.
