Update of the ITSM suite KIXbox 1.1

In the current version of our IT Service Management suite KIXbox, among all the integration of Nagios into the Ticket Request System KIX4OTRS was optimized. Furthermore, the Univention Corporate Server (UCS) was updated from the version 2.2 to 2.3. It is possible to upgrade UCS from the DVD during the installation of the KIXbox.
Users of KIXbox will notice mostly improvements related to the components of the KIX4OTRS. After extended optimization, KIX4OTRS offers higher quality and quantity level. You get more improvements within creating and editing your tickets (f.e. with text modules and text templates) and many further user-friendly customized for the daily routine work within the system.
