Sending single mails or serial mails like newsletters

NUYO is a software to handle very extensive address databases. It optimizes Newsletter and Serial Mail Management. Stored contact data can be organized in a hierarchy of different categories. Categories and sub-categories of contact data can be defined individually. Therefore, a simple search for particular address groups is possible an the search result can be used to send serial letters via email (e.g. newsletters). In this way, specific target groups of recipients can be contacted.
NUYO uses Office templates for its serial letters. Therefore, your office staff is able to design different letter templates quick and easy. A history of all mail orders allows you to use an old template again. The history is stored in a journal. The import and export of the address data from other systems is possible via CSV.
