As bottom-up offer for the administration training for OTRS and KIX4OTRS and administration training for OTRS and KIX4OTRS with ITSM, feel free to book our OTRS developer training. With both former trainings, you get to know administration effort for ITIL-conform additional modules for OTRS and KIX4OTRS. To develop further features on your own and to customize your OTRS HelpDesk system according your requirements, we advise the training, where you learn practically to administrate and modify OTRS-based systems. You learn targeted programming of OTRS and you create automation modules as exercises.

Required knowledge	practical knowledge within OTRS-administration or absolving administration training for OTRS and KIX4OTRS and / or administration training for OTRS and KIX4OTRS with ITSM knowledge of web-based software architectures practical knowledge of platforms Unix / Linux, Windows practical knowledge of protocols like SMTP, POP3, HTTP, FTP practical knowledge in Perl and SQL practical knowledge in HTML and CSS good use of editors (vi, vim, gedit, etc.)
