Chemnitz/Bratislava, 14.06.2010 – The c.a.p.e. IT GmbH, supplier of solutions and services within IT Service Management, up to now active in the German-speaking area, extends its axctivity in the Middle and Eastern Europe. Today, the company from Chemnitz starts cooperating with the CFI Slovakia s.r.o. from Bratislava.
The regional development of project and sales competences of the c.a.p.e. IT includes software solutions of BMC for complete IT Service Management. It contains among all products like BMC Remedy ITSM, BMC Atrium CMDB and BMC Service Desk Express. The c.a.p.e. IT GmbH offers via CFI its experience within project implementations of these complex applications for Service Management in the Middle and Eastern Europe. Therefore, c.a.p.e. IT can react to customer needs within BMC range of products even more long-rage, goal-oriented and extensively. Trainings complete product and project services of both companies and build a complete offer endorsing the entire life cycle within the IT Service Management.
