We have been developing and improving the free software product OTRS for business and public organisations and our module called KIX4OTRS (former: Customer Information and Communication System, CiCS). Now, the customer service works without problems – according to our motto »cape IT easy«.
KIX4OTRS offers a neat and easy to use base to handle complaints, requests and service orders in Customer Service and IT Service Management. Therefore, it helps companies to get to a new quantity level of their daily work. The tool manages not only single tasks, but it shows the entire IT in a company as a process and it functions as a software solution for the Service Desk, too. We are able to implement a central, IT-supported customer service management system fast and budget-friendly with KIX4OTRS and its highly flexible and variable base. At the same time, it models complex and distributed processes and the organization of service processes.
