User trainings

User trainings are needed for getting skill adaptation within various solutions in a faster and better way. Furthermore, it is advisable for getting to know the potential of various systems.

User training for OTRS and KIX4OTRS

Duration 1 day with specific preparation time (at least 2 hours) in accordance to individual requirements
Participants max. 7 participants as key user/multiplier
Content

  • Getting overview on all relevant work processes

  • briefing into user interface for employees

  • Analysing of various user cases within the system

  • clarifying of questions and specific aspects
Elementary knowledge
 No knowledge needed
