Within projects, we take over all OTRS issues including OTRS integration (AD/LDAP, Novell eDirectory, ERP, CRM, CTI, Monitoring, Inventory / Client Management, project management systems, service and bug tracking systems...). For the implementation of partner products, we involve our partners. We also check the integration possibilites to other systems based on existing interfaces (DB/SQL, LDAP/AD, Mail, CSV, XML, SOAP, REST).
